The three United athletics pillars of success encompass a dedication to Respect and citizenship values, Excellence defined as the student's potential, and leadership through team work and sports. The first pillar establishes the foundation for developing exceptional young men and women that lead to academic and athletic success. NPU has united with the following sports programs whom have all had an important place in local history in the development of student-athletes. NPU's United Athletics program unites the best of the best under one roof while putting education at the forefront of student success .
RMPUS SOCCER
NPU and RMPUS have joined to form one of the top rated prep school soccer programs in North America, Over 100 NPU-RMPUS graduates have been offered College Scholarships in the last 5 years. The program features top rated players from around the world including some premium local talent. Our team participates in top prep school events, college showcases and university competition. Head of RMPUS, Freddy Moojen has had an extensive College and professional career and now certified FIFA agent.
JAGA GOLF
Partnering with IMG in Florida, The Junior Amateur Golf Academy (JAGA) in one the world's best junior Golf academies. No other golf program incudes golf, school and the full 360 competition experience and university showcasing. Some. the top ranked golfers are part of JAGA including the umber junior ranked Kartik Singh who represented the World Junior Team at the 2024 Junior President's Cup. NPU shares 5 global campuses with JAGA providing our students with the opportunity to train and study at any of our campuses 12 months per year. Golf students may join us in Canada, Thailand, UAE, Vietnam, Taiwan, South Africa and IMG in Florida.
UA Hockey (CSSHL)
Founding president, François Marcoux is a passionate and innovative leader, embodying the spirit of forward-thinking. As the President and founder of Ulysse Académie, he leverages over 30 years of experience in the hockey world. With a clear vision, François launched Ulysse to establish an elite hockey program that empowers student-athletes to excel in both their sport and education. His commitment to their success is unwavering, making Ulysse a premier destination for aspiring hockey players get to participate in the CSSHL, North America's top prep hockey league.
Basketball
The women's and men's basketball program is led by Amy Soulis, Julie Pellegrino, and Joey Mckitterick. The trio bring a wealth of experience to preparing college ready athletes. Joey is the founder of Brookwood Elite, Montreal's Premier Summer Basktaball AAU program (est 2002).
Baseball-Softball
Yannick Bergeron's success earned him scholarships in the U.S. at New Mexico Junior College, Weatherford College, and St. Edward’s University, where he graduated with honours. He then pursued a baseball coaching career helping develop some of Montreal's top talent.
At NPU, over 50% of our graduates are offered sports scholarships at various prestigious post-secondary institutions. Our alumni list includes graduates from Ivy League schools, top NCAA Division I, II & III programs, USports, NAIA, and JUCO colleges. We are dedicated to helping students excel in high-level sports while maintaining a strong academic balance.
